About åke P

Åke P Fågel & Vilt is a family owned business founded 1985 by Åke Persson. The business is located in Malmö. Today the company is run by Jörgen and Stefan, sons of the founder. Currently the staff consists of around 20 people, from butchers to chauffeurs to sales personnel. At Åke P, our main business is the meat packing facility where we produce a wide range of fowl and game meats. We aim to supply mainly fresh meat, and see ourselves as one of Sweden’s leading suppliers. Through a close exchange with restaurants and retailers we develop new products that fit a modern view of cooking.
