Lamb lives in accordance with nature spending most
of their time outdoors eating what grows naturally like for instance clover, grass and herbs. The period of gestation is five months and an ewe generally has between one and four lambs.
The Swedish production of mutton cannot meet the demands and therefore some mutton is imported.
