Handling/Quality
The most important thing for us is to produce goods of the
highest quality and maintain a high degree of service for our
customers. We do this through a solid cooperation with the
producers, breeders and suppliers that can meet our high
standards concerning quality and delivery. Our premises are
modern, appropriate and EC-certified for handling meat and fowl.
We here at Åke P have assumed an HACCP-programme. This is a
detailed and precise system where we conduct risk analysis for
every process in our production.
At the facility we also have a veterinary approved by the
national food administration.
